It depends on what you want to do with that MBA.

One does not necessarily NEED an MBA.
In reality, though, the world esp. the business world PREFERS someone with those extra letters.
If you want to stay in accounting, the CPA is the most recognized 'title'.
If you want to expand beyond or get away from accounting, then a MBA may be a reasonable choice.
Do you like certain fields? If so, then maybe a specialty degree may be a better choice. Have you considered a degree like MS Finance, MS Taxation or MS 'field'?
Sometimes in business, a specialty degree could be a much better choice, depending on what you want or like!

Just because one has a MBA, or any other title, doesn't mean that much nowadays, for all practical purposes, as there's SO many titles nowadays that a person can have.
Regardless of the amount of
