Framing up commercial sales plan expectations
Yesterday I did the following:
* Attended the
* Calculated more appropriate pricing for 3 different levels of company service packages
* Supported accounting staff in their work
* Facilitated a company idea-sharing roundtable
* Discussed a potential strategic alliance with another company
* Earned CPE via live
* Spoke with a banker about a client of his who might need our company's services

* Got clear on the ONE thing that would make the biggest difference in the company's financial health and created a plan to get that going
* Aggregated weekly feedback from team, added my own, and sent to CEO
* Arranged for gifts to be sent out to a key client and a key referral source
* Set up an interview with a potential candidate to join the team
* Gave a referral to someone in our network
Below were my accomplishments for yesterday:
1. Closed out job costs and GL for August
2. Gave a referral to someone regarding our GL system
3. Re-evaluated funds performances for our 401K plan
4. Updated YTD sales projection
