We are having a meeting later today to discuss, curious how others are handling this. We ordinarily give PTO that includes vacation and sick. But with the Virus, we definitely do not want any workers feeling they can't afford to take time off if they are feeling under the weather. I'm thinking up to 3 days extraordinary sick leave, if the worker provides a doctors note that they were sick and are now cleared to return to work. Any thoughts or feedback on this? Thanks.
What policy is your company putting in for sick leave during Corona Virus for hourly workers?

It looks like Trader Joe's and other companies are grappling with this: https://qz.com/1814019/trader-joes-sparks-paid-leave-policy-debate-amid-coronavirus/
I know a lot of companies are encouraging work from home, and opening up flexibility with WFH arrangements. My theory is lots of people will work from home instead of taking PTO.
