Training on obtaining professional case studies/client testimonials. We have been trying to solve this one for a long time but struggle to get clients to sign off on a case study with their name on it. We work on business process improvement and think clients are weary about revealing that their processes were not optimal before we engaged with them. I would appreciate a review of the end-to-end process to ensure that all the steps we are taking are best practice and that we are not wasting effort buildng these case studies but not achieving our end goal.
