Thank you for the suggestion, I went ahead and worked through the process to see what matches the A.S. Library came up with. It does not appear to propose any SAAS/Cloud companies.

Do you have unique NFP requirements that will require you to narrow your potential vendors? E.g. how complex is your fund tracking, do you have grants to manage/report to the feds? Do you have any "for profit" services?
That will help folk help you with industry relevant suggestions.

We have no "for profit" services. We maintain 6 primary fund allocations with approximately 400 projects spread over 25+ countries. Some of our tracking issues revolve around donations that are given for a specific project within a specific country. All of our granting is U.S. and international and is private. Thanks for the thoughts.
We looked at SaaS accounting products, NetSuite and IntAcct. Both are SaaS products. We also looked at Grest Plains however they are hosted not SaaS. We are not a NFP. We went with IntAcct because of it's seamless SalesForce integration. We were not very comfortable with NetSuite due to it's lack of SF integration and pricing. We have some comples revenue models and both seemed able to handle them.
We are currently trying to evaluate and set up demos with NetSuite & Intaact.

We often recommend Intacct to our clients who are looking primarily for core financials. Intacct allows you to apply dimensions attributes to your transactions allowing you to maintain a simple COA while enabling flexible reporting against by utilizing dimension data. Once your requirements expand beyond core accounting, Intacct becomes challenging. Even Intacct's purchasing module is not well integrated.
