Has anyone used Vizant Payment Processing? If so, would you recommend them?

Yes, I have used them and no I would not recommend them. They are terrible company, whose management is unresponsive to customer complaints and concerns, do not work in good faith and do not offer anything you cannot do yourself with a couple of weeks worth of work.

The staff they assign to your case are inexperienced and have no real knowledge or ability to get your company discounts beyond the report they create from your data and following their script. All they do is put your data into their software to create a report on what they calculate your company should be paying for processing credit card transactions and then using that report get you some discount based on a couple weeks worth of work, at most, and then collect their fees for three years. They also like lawsuits, any company the sues it customers as much as they do is not worth taking the risk of doing business with.
