Hey all, I am currently struggling trying to figure out how to best structure my sales forecast. A small part of our business we have a fixed unit price and a goal for how many we want to sell of each per month at a predefined unit price. The main part of our business however is turnover based where we take a fee from that turnover generated. I am therefore not sure how exactly to best structure my sales forecast. I don't suppose adding the USD turnover to Units and the Margin under Unit Price, when I already have standard units and unit price in there, would look great. Is there another logical way that I could do this? Should I do two sales forecasts instead so I organise it better or is there another way I can do this?
