There is a "tool" you can use to create a policy with certain items included (or excluded) as you see fit. Just remember if you are going to have policy, you will want to be clear about who is eligible and if you want to have clawback language in there in case the new hire does not work out.

Concur with Ted and would add that if you do move employees around often I would also supplement an effective policy with providing the employees with some cost-of-living information so they are well informed about the financial expectations of their relocation. ERI (www.erieri.com) has such a product and many companies that have "mobility" as part of their talent
