Regarding the Premium Membership, what is the price range of the "Unlimited Courses"?

Please provide a price range for the courses, other than the free one. Is it possible that they might be free?

The premium membership, which comes with full access to the Proformative learning platform and the 250+ on-demand, CPE courses is $99.
