It would be helpful if you could be more specific. Are you referring to leadership qualities (e.g.listening, communication, talent identification, talent evaluation, presentation, speaking, etc.) or technical areas that CFO's handle (e.g. risk management, cash management, strategic planning, taxation, contracts and administration). I believe these are entirely different skill sets. Most CFO's possess some degree or all of the (latter) technical skills, the former is a different story. I believe the two require different coaching skills. It would be great to know better what you are attempting to achieve.
