Ask questions about what each interviewer's expectations for the role are within the next 6 months to find out more about the projects you might be dealing with.
Ask questions about how well the team plays together and what the obstacles to success are there, they will appreciate your boldness and you will find each person has some interesting answers or perspectives. I have turned down job offers based on answers to these questions. These are the reading between the lines questions and they pretty much display all the dirty laundry especially when you are dealing with a panel or group interview, the non verbals are fun to watch.
I always ask at the end of the interview, "why did the last person leave?". If they respond disparagingly, you don't want to work there.
