Worthwhile HR Webinars
Answers
If they plug your skills gap or contribute to the overall development of your HR team members, then it will be of value and worthwhile. It is difficult to suggest "worthwhile" seminars without knowing your company's/team's specifics. One company's "worthwhile" seminar is another's wasted expense/time.
That being said, I think your first priority is identifying skills gaps and also the skills that you and your company would like HR to attain/have either for future company plans or just the overall skills advancement of team members.
Proformative offers many free webinars, both live and recorded, and a good many have an appeal to HR.

Concur with Emerson. Some organizations that offer credible offerings are HR.com, WorldAtWork, SHRM, and also erieri.com. More specialized offerings are with CEPI at Santa Clara for equity compensation and also GEO for Global Equity. There is also Prosci for change
Excellent suggestions. I hear a lot of people talk about SHRM, but we have not tried them yet. We did try Star12 Seminars this past year. With Star12 you pay an annual fee and have access to as many seminars/ webinars as you want. I will have to share some of the other ones mentioned with my HR person.
