It helps people in this group invest time to answer you and it helps you get better quality responses if you can provide some context. What works for The Red Cross may not work for you. If you can outline some parameters that are not sensitive but informative, that will help.
In addition, are you looking to integrate to other systems (e.g. fund raising software, website and ecommerce...)?

Thank you Len for your advise, I work for a Government Entity and we administer Annually Federal Funds. Budget is divided among 18 cities. We are looking into replacing our current software. We need a software with user form/design capabilities, user define reports and fields.
