How do you handle with attendance of workforce at your company, how do you track it, how do you evaluate it in conjunction with salary and/or performance.
It depends on how are your ee paid for e.g. are they paid for hour, or performance, or combination etc. And also it has to be differ flow results (during period resulted in everyday performance or attended hour) from one time result (represented by salary at the end of period).
