Does anyone use Eshares (www.esharesinc.com) for Equity Administration? Any feedback?

I recently evaluated eShares, CapShares and Shareworks and we decided we'd go with eShares. Shareworks just didn't work out for us price-wise at this point for our company. eShares and Capshares both had interesting tools. I liked Capshares reporting a lot better from an accounting prospective, but they lacked a lot of functionality around what you can do for non-standard grants/awards. eShares had more robust features around what you can do with the securities, and they just seemed to be ahead by about a year and a half. Our outside legal counsel is moving to eShares for all their other clients, so the synergies there also factored in.
