Do you have any policies for employees working from home?

We allow our admin team to work from home one day a week and I just had someone move out of state and is currently working remotely. I used to ask what was on their agenda for the day but I don't any longer. We have it written in our policy manual that administrative associates can work an approved flex time schedule but that gives hours. We just started allowing home time last year; people enjoy it and I think it promotes good morale.
