Coupons and reimbursement

We are trying to track manufacturer coupons and payments. Currently use an excel spreadsheet but with 35 stores this has become difficult. Does anyone have ideas how we can streamline this process?

Peggy--can you clarify your question, what is it you are tracking? Redemptions?

We are tracking redemption (hoping to eliminate fraud at the register) as well as payment from manufacturers.

There are a fair number of coupon tracking software systems (whether they meet your needs is unknown). I'd Google "coupon tracking"
