As a CMA, do I have to write all 4-parts of the CPA in TX?

Your best answer would come from the TX State Board of Public Accountancy -http://www.tsbpa.state.tx.us
They are the arbiters of what is and isn't allowed.
While what Wayne said is pretty much dead on, the answer will most likely be "No".
Look at it this way, I'm an LPA (Licensed Public Accountant), I have all the rights and privileges that a CPA has, heck I'm even listed at cpaverify.com, and I still have to write all four parts of the CPA exam (I already passed one part, but I still have to write the remaining three). Do I like that? No. Is it fair? No. But at the end of the day, it is what it is.
thanks
