Paycycle. Online app purchased by Intuit with timekeeping. Best, most affordable app on the market for SMBs IMHO! :-)
You may want to check out Replicon. We use cloud version and very pleased with functionality. Some set up is required. Assuming you are not "timecard" or "clock-in/clock out" shop.
I liked clicktime; I've heard good things about SpringAhead.
I had been using Replicon's hassle free project time tracking solution. Intuitive interface and lot many good to go functionality features.
My best bet is Toggl. It gives you a variety of report types, filters, and the ability to bookmark reports or export them to CSV, PDF, or Excel.
Where it gets really powerful though, is when you use the desktop app. While the web and mobile apps are great for tracking your time, you still need to manually start the timer. On iOS, though, you can add the Toggl widget to the Today view to make accessing your timers painless.
With the desktop app, you also get the ability to have the time clock monitor your website activity, use keywords to autotrack time, detect your idle times from the computer, and even use reminders.
