There is no “I” in success and I know that all too well. I am very fortunate to have forged some strong and lasting strategic partnerships and a strong professional network (thank you LinkedIn). This past year has been full of ups and downs. The good news in that in getting older I have managed to enjoy the ride, and the year is ending on a high note.
Thank you to all of you who:
- Have taught me something new this year. I love to learn, and it is what fuels my passion for what I do and how I do it.
- Shown me patience. I am still a hard charger and want things to happen faster than at their natural pace at times.
- Given me the opportunity to show what I can do. That is all I can ever ask.
- Have afforded me the opportunity to fail, learn from it, and deliver value on the other side. This is how lasting relationships are forged.
- Listened. I have many ideas and quite a bit of energy so those who have listened and helped me find my best ideas, thank you.
- Have committed to me. A business relationship takes time, like a marriage, and I appreciate those who are in it for the long haul and do not treat me like a transaction, but like a fellow employee.
- Have come back to me in 2015. Nothing in business means more to me and validates what I do and how I do it more than when a past client comes back to me for a critical assignment.
- Have read any of my posts and/or commented on them. I love to write and I appreciate the feedback.
- Have allowed me to impact you in any manner. Made you smile, made you think, made you value your colleagues just a bit more.
Happy Thanksgiving!
